44 House is a renovation project situated in the heart of Bangkok. This 270 square meter apartment combines both interior and outdoor spaces.

Our initial concept aimed to highlight the inherent beauty of the original structure. Our teams began by demolishing and removing all covering materials to reveal the beauty of the connection between indoor and outdoor areas ,maintaining rough concrete ceilings and floors from the entrance to the unit's end. We then introduced clean, neat, and minimal materials to create a contrast of textures.

Central to the design is a monolithic concrete counter. Serving as the centerpiece of the project. It functions as a gathering space,
encompassing the kitchen, pantry, and workspace.

The outdoor terrace is segmented into three areas. The sunken seating area, positioned along the central axis of the house, serves as a focal point, serves as a gathering space for guests. Additionally, a raised deck in the terrace's corner provides unobstructed views that would otherwise be obscured by balcony railings. This area seamlessly connects to the living space, designed to be a transitional space between the indoors and outdoors.
